rhian is a fully qualified counselling psychologist with a wealth of therapeutic experience. she has worked with a multitude of clients, in a wide variety of settings, within both the national health service & charity sector, helping each of them to overcome a broad range of difficulties

these include, bereavement, addictive behaviours, depression, anxiety, stress & sexual abuse. she has also had success in addressing issues related to domestic violence, eating disorders, anger management, work problems, relationship difficulties, divorce & raising self confidence

at first coming to therapy can seem daunting & you may have a degree of anxiety about it. this is perfectly normal & almost everyone feels like that initially. rhian has a genuine, empathic, non-judgemental approach, that will make you feel totally at ease, when you come to see her

therapy can be quite a challenging process. there may be times when you feel uncomfortable or even distressed. rest assured, all sessions are completely confidential & your more difficult experiences will only be explored when you are ready to do so. when that time comes, rhian is there with you, to make sure that you always feel supported & that your privacy is respected
