We’ll do all of the work behind the scenes to get you the referrals that you need & you’ll be offered full administrative & clinical support as part of the Associate package.

What kind of therapists we recruit

When recruiting we look for vibrant & enthusiastic individuals, who believe in the importance of therapy & are capable of both supportive here & now work, as well as deep, relational therapy.

To be considered for a post with us you must

1. Hold a qualification that is recognised by the BACP, UKCP, BABCP or HCPC
2. Have experience of undertaking long term therapy with clients
3. Have engaged in your own personal long term therapy
4. Share in The Clearing’s ethos
5. Be comfortable offering online & telephone therapy
6. Have a suitable confidential home working space with good internet connection
