How it works
Firstly, all appointments are one hour long & your first session with us is half price.
You will generally meet with your counsellor at the same time each week, so if you are booking in with us for the first time be sure to choose a slot that will work for you on a regular basis.
Fortnightly attendance & changing shift patterns can also be accommodated. Just make us aware in your initial message, so that we can make sure that you’ve chosen a therapist who has sufficient diary flexibility to work around you.
Payment is made for each session at the point of booking & you will be issued a confirmation email with all of the information that you will need.
Once you’ve booked in all you’ll need to do is turn up at your allotted time & your therapist will be there to welcome you.
Ways to book
Whether you choose to book online or through our office, arranging therapy with us couldn’t be easier.
Our online booking system allows you to find the appointment that fits in with your schedule straight away & within a few quick & easy steps your session will be arranged. You can book online up to 6 days in advance. Payments will show up on your bank statement under our umbrella company’s name.
Alternatively, if you cannot find a session online that works for you, or if you have some questions & you’d like to speak to our team, you can contact our office by either calling 0751 408 4909 or emailing us at email@example.com.
To finalise your booking, payment can either be made online, through our website or by bank transfer, or by card over the phone.

Booking with us
You can arrange a session straight away by using our online booking system.
Click on the Book Now button & search for an appointment that suits you across the next week. Once you’ve selected an appointment, you’ll be taken to the online payment facility. In the interest of privacy, payments will show up on your statement under our umbrella company’s name.
After your payment has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all of the information that you’ll require for your first appointment.

If you can’t find a session online that works for you or you’d like to speak with one of our therapists before booking, get in touch with our office & we’ll see what we can do.

If you let us know your availability we should be able to offer you a convenient appointment within the next few days. We’ll then take payment over the phone or by online transfer to confirm your booking & will issue a confirmation email with all of the details that you’ll need.
After your booking has been confirmed, all you need to do is turn up at your allotted time & your therapist will be there to welcome you.
If you need to cancel your appointment
If you need to cancel an appointment just call or email our office to let us know. We require two working days notice of cancellations to allow us enough time to offer the appointment out to someone else.
If sufficient notice has been given we will arrange a refund for you of the full session price minus an administration fee of £2.50, or if you’re rearranging we can transfer this payment across to your new booking.
Regrettably, we will not be able to issue a refund in circumstances where two working days notice is not given.
