Are we a good fit?

If you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, shut down, or unsure how to make sense of your emotional responses, and you’d like to understand what sits beneath these patterns, we may be a good fit.

You might feel anxious, overstimulated, or exhausted by managing your inner world, or find yourself struggling with questions around identity, self-worth, or relationships. Perhaps you identify as neurodivergent or highly sensitive, and feel worn down by masking or trying to cope alone.

If you’re curious about how earlier experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns may be shaping how you feel today — and you’re open to reflective, insight-led work at a steady, thoughtful pace — my way of working is likely to suit you well.

How I work

My approach is primarily psychodynamic, focusing on understanding emotional patterns, inner experiences, and how earlier relationships and experiences may continue to shape the present.

I work in a warm, sensitive, collaborative and carefully paced way, prioritising emotional safety and regulation.

The aim is to help you develop greater awareness, emotional resilience, and a clearer sense of yourself over time.

What are sessions like

Sessions offer a calm, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

I aim to create a space where you feel heard and understood, and where we can gently develop insight into patterns that may previously have felt confusing or overwhelming. The focus is on building understanding, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of stability over time.
